Each archery may shoot their chosen rounds as many times during that month as desired. The highest score attained is then be submitted, using the appropriate score sheet, to the Organiser during the first week of the succeeding month.
Alternatively, scores for the months December to March may be submitted using e-mail or the on-line form.
If an archer is unable to to record a score, then the result sheet should be returned indicating a nil score for that archer. The second archer in the pair may still record a score for individual awards or to be awarded points aganst a 'BYE'.
NB - Any scores not received in reasonable time will be considered as a nil result.
Over the 5 months, each pair will compete once with each of the other 5 pairs. The order in which this will be carried out is as follows:
